I want a hippopotamus for Christmas,
Only a hippopotamus will do ...
Think again. They live in the fresh water most of the day, then come out at night to graze. When they poop they spread it around with their tail.
Thank you for your service to this great nation. I took the same oath with no expiration date.
It is a cattle egret. We have lots of them in the St. Petersburg area.

How do the police ID a robber now?
With finger prints and DNA.
I don't have most of that stuff. Don't care. Not important.
I do have a wonderful wife, three loving children, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Nothing else matters.

UNFORTUNATELY OR FORTUNATELY MASKS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!!!!!
WRONG!!!!!!
If you are infected, and if you wear a mask, you are severely limiting the spread of the virus. If you don't wear a mask, every breath is spewing virus into the air and, depending on climate conditions, may linger for up to an hour. If you cough or sneeze it will b a higher amount and greater distance.
Take a little time to learn more about it and help save lives. Together we can knock this virus out if we follow the guidelines.
My vote is the color shot. Depending on what you want to covey, the B&W is the sinister, foreboding thought. The Color is bright, cheerful and happy.
Semper FI Master Sargent! Thank you for your service. Next duty, guard the golden streets of heaven.

I remember that. I was in grade school at a Catholic's school. I call that period in my life the dark ages.
In the 40's and early 50's I was in Catholic grade school and Catholic high school. Those were some of the happiest and most memorable days of my life. I still communicate (by phone, letters and e-mail) with many of my classmates. Many have died but several of us are still around (for the present).
I served in Nam and lost a good friend there also.
Would you please enable the download on the remembrance plaque? I work in a company that pays special respect to Veterans. I would like to present it to our management. They would greatly appreciate it. We have special appreciation for Memorial Day, Independence Day, Marine Corp Birthday and Veteran's Day.

If you’ve had your camera more than a day or so, you ought to know how much you can overexpose from the meter reading and still preserve highlight detail.
I live near Sarasota, Florida which is blessed by a very fine, white sand we call "sugar sand". I used that environment to practice bracketing. it works well.
BTW, RWR, be kinder to all of us who use UHH to grow our hobby. Snide remarks such as yours really doesn't serve any good purpose.
I remember that. Vanilla was my favorite and strawberry was my least favorite. Wouldn't you know that my least favorite would be the remaining flavor.

"Defend the constitution" What does this mean today?
Support a president that is tearing down every social progress made in the past fifty years?
If so, sorry, you are barking at the wrong tree.
To me, "Defend the Constitution" and the 27 amendments mean the same today as when they were written.
Supporting the President of the United States of America is my duty and responsibility, and the duty and responsibility of every citizen of the United States. We have way too many "social programs" today. Only the ones that are the benefit to any and all citizens still remain. If one is not a citizen no benefits should be allowed.
Work, pay your just taxes and live as a great citizen should. Don't accept handouts.
There is no question. I enjoyed all of the photos and noticed there are three foot bridges, one each in three of the photos. I was merely mentioning that there were three bridges after one person said they liked the one with the bridge.
Our Australian brothers are our closest allies. In battle, I would like an Aussie on either side.
