That is a good point. Your can use LR classic on computer and sync collection with Ipad use LR mobile (CC) make edits then it syncs back with computer (automatically) in your Classic version. I have roughly 10,000 images sync only uses 3.3 gb of storage on adobe cloud. and you can always un-sync a collection it stays as collection on PC collection it will disappear from Ipad

I do a fair amount of basic processing on iPad Pro the finish in LR or Photoshop. If you put you images in a LR collection and sync to LR cloud you can edit them on your iPad in LR and it will sync the edits back. That way it does not use your iPad storage up. The screen is outstanding and I have old eyes. It also allows quick easy portability. As they continue to open additional features it gets better and better. Don’t let the big screen deter you. Sometimes I like to sit outside by the lake and edit. Sorta like the artist who setup a canvas at an area and paint

I use it all the time except when taking images of a subject that is constantly moving especially moving towards you and waiting for the subject to get towards your pre-selected focus point does not fit the look you are trying to achieve.

I will be traveling to Scottsdale Arizona next week for a few days looking for suggestions of areas I might try to shoot at. I prefer landscape, nature, and wildlife. thank you for suggestions.

If you do use a strobe, cut the power down which would give you faster recycle time. If you could stack two strobe you could cut your power down even more thus having a even faster recylce time allowing you to use slow continous to achieve your goal

You will be hitting at peak. I have been going up every couple of Days as it is changing fast. When you are starting in North Conway consider going to the top of Cathedral Ledge and down to Echo Lake then travel to get on the Kank. most people miss the first stop which is Albany covered bridge then onto Lower Falls as you pull out of lower falls once around the first bend pull over and you should have a spectacular color show with huge granite wall. then onto the other stops. the early in the day you can go the better lots of bus and rv this time of year, not many motorcycles because it is getting cold and the leaves on the road are slick. Don't forget to take Bear Notch Road it is after Great Gorge drive it about halfway there is a pull off on the right that gives great vista then continue a little further up and there are two addition pull-offs on the left. I have a folder called to be trashed which I put exported jpgs and other items I created once a week I go through and delete those files keeping desktop, document, picture folders cleaner

I have had very good luck with adobe tec support. Only had to use them twice. call in and opt for them to call me back they call within 5 mins of the time they say they will. Both times the person was polite understood the issue and was able to work it through.

Without buying anything if you have a Mac use Airdrop. Or just load the images to dropbox or google drive or pixieset or pass to name just a few and have the client download them. I do it all the time with clients.

I am heading and will be based in Seattle for the next three weeks. I will have a car and am looking for suggestions of places to shoot. I have already shot a lot of the city in previse trips and am looking for more scenic/nature day trips/hikes. I am looking at Rainier and Olympic State park. Other suggestion or specific spots. Also if anybody is interested in a meet up to shoot together I am game for.
