Try a handmade gift of something they will enjoy.

Agree - - -

Snapfish is having a good sale right now - check it out here - might find some ideas...

If you sign up for their email - you get their sale emails with a larger discount than what is showing on the site... ie 70% instead of the 50% showing...

How about transferring an image to a candle. Simple instructions on the internet.

I'm reading the question differently. Is the OP a photographer looking to give photographic gifts? Or is the OP looking for an fun accessory to give a photographer?

I get a lot of fun use out of a table top tripod. My favorite is a Manfrotto PIXI EVO Mini Tripod at $40. There is also a lighter duty Manfrotto PIXI Mini for under $25. Besides being a small tripod for travel, it double as a support handle.

For a list of table top tripods under $30, look here: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?setNs=p_POPULARITY%7c1&mxp=30&sortType=default&Ns=p_POPULARITY%7c1&ci=391&srtclk=sort&N=4075788740&mnp=0&

How about $30 in an envelope? Or you could buy me a roll of Ektachrome and a prepaid processing mailer.

You might try a camera sensor magnifier cleaning loupe or a sensor cleaning brush. Check Amazon.

I bought my friend a shutter release for her camera......so she could try her hand at long exposure. She loved it and I spent less than 25.00. You need to know the camera model of your person. And they need a tripod for that. I purchased from B&H, not a brand name, but work very well. I love playing with long exposure.
