We can close this case for many by having you take a look at this NPS photo. The subject in the foreground is a female grizzly bear.

Man, that is dangerous! A female Grizzly with cubs surrounded by people and vehicles is a recipe for danger! I have been to the park 100's of times and have never seen anything like that! Close to that. but not involving Grizzlies.

I was stationed at Dover in 1970, and worked on C-133's on the flightline. I had no idea there was a museum there.
I spent most of my time off duty at Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City Maryland chasing girls and having fun!!
Airplanes weren't near as interesting then.

Thanks for posting them, I need to get back there one of these days.

Nice sequence, I would love to have captured that.
Did you hang around for awhile to see if the bird was okay? The look on it's face say's I'm choking!

Again good catch!

It looks to me like he spotted something like a coyote moving in the distance. Possibly an Elk or a Deer.

Or, he's getting even with you for pulling the same thing on him!

Nice picture- pretty soon the snow will be gone!

Those Grackles are just plotting to see where the next bird feeder is that they plan on trashing.

I quit filling my feeders when they show up in the spring.

But when they are mating like these birds are they are kind of pretty----if it wasn't for the eyes.

Nice picture though!

It looks like the only thing the same as the many times I was there is the white Buddha. I was always in a C-130 and we stopped there many times. The first time I was there in 1968 General Westmoreland walked up to my airplane and I almost fell off a ladder trying to salute him!!

I don't pretend to understand all that you guys have posted, but the use of the hosting sites is the only way that most people using those forums have to post their pictures.
When the forums like this one with the choose file options are available , that is what I use.
And, that is what I will use on this forum from now on.
I am really impressed with all of the pictures you people have posted and I would like to post some of mine when I get up the nerve.

Just a little follow up. This picture is using the same album out of post-image, but this time it is a thumbnail of the same bird.

Well, I guess I will have to get better at what I am trying to explain.

I guess what I was trying to say in the first place that a lot of the forums do not have the (Choose File) and the (add Attachment) or the Browse feature.
that is the reason for using one of the posting sites. Most used PhotoBucket until they went from free to $$$$ for using it. Post Image is free and fast and not full of advertisements, but no editing other than resizing.

Just a little follow up. This picture is using the same album out of post-image, but this time it is a thumbnail of a different picture . it is also available as the img one above. src='https://i.postimg.cc/8F2ywxL3/DSCN1627.jpg' border='0' alt='DSCN1627'/></a>

This is not what I was trying to post! And I haven't figured out how to delete delete it.

Truly a newbie

Maybe I can help. Most of the outdoor hunting, fishing, etc. forums have a free classified section for members to buy, trade and sell their items. Not all, but most have no "browse" feature for uploading pictures for sale.
The most common way to post pictures is using a hosting site such as photo bucket, imjur, post image, and many more. You transfer your pictures from your computer program such as Picassa to the hosting site and when they are edited etc., resized. You can basically copy and paste that picture on your post for sale on the forum. The image on your hosting site gives you a choice to click on or copy and paste the image onto your for sale post. The one option that is used that works for this is labeled "img." plus some more letters and numbers. That is the only way to post an image on you thread/post.
I think this answers the question in my language. I am sure there are those here that can explain this better, but the "img" part of the gentlemans question was not explained. The pictures are jpeg .
Flicker is another site that uses that method--I think.

What he said! I was qualified to work on the OV -10 Bronco because it was a turbo prop! Instead, I was a crew chief on C-130's during my 33 months in Viet Nam. I did see a few OV-1's, in Viet Nam also!
Thank you guys for your service.
