I need a new monitor. No, I want a new monitor. I want a 24 or 27 inches, but don't want to spend a lot. Remember this is a want not a need, but I know you guys can come up with something. Oh yes, I want to keep the price under $300.00. Can you meet the challenge.......thanks
thanks to all you Hogs, I think I will check out Red River and San Gabriel. for everyday, I will use Canon paper. :-)
time to buy photo paper and I am getting very confused. what brand and kind do you all use when you want the best and what do you use for everyday? what type do you use for photo contests? Depending on what you all say, I will pick my paper. btw, I print mostly 13 X 19 size; landscapes and animals and my printer is a canon pro 100. thanks
Yes, I put the brightness down one notch. when I get a chance I will go out in the 107 heat and check it out.
OK, I have the viewfinder as bright as it will go and Hate wearing anything on my head.....So, I am going to make a DIY eyecup and get the twenty dollar one and a little Velcro. Just can not believe cannon does not make an eyecup for my sx50.
thanks everyone for their input.
I need to spend more money and buy an eyecup for my SX50. when the sun is out midday in California, I can not see in the viewfinder, and therefore I just guess on taking a picture. Can someone suggest a eyecup for me and my sx50. btw, sometimes I wear glasses and sometimes I don't need my glasses ( my eyes change during the day).
Yep, I going with Topez remask and just start to collect their plugins one at a time. thanks for the input.
I am going to get a plugin to my photoshop; should I get Oneon or Topez for my easy go to masking and layers, etc. Need advice on which one to use, for someone that is slow and hates to go thru a bunch of steps.
I have ph 12, but now I wonder why I need it. Why not just buy Topez Stuff and forget all about Photoshop. Topez seems so much easier to use, but do you need another program to go along with it or is Topez a stand along program. so confused, too many programs and not enough time.
OK, I decided to go for the PRO 100 and it should be here May 13 and I can not wait. Already got a big table moved in for it! Thanks for all the information....
after a few years, my printer finally died I need a printer that makes good photos and can handle simple reports. I am thinking either a Epson or canon. Just steer me in the right direction. Nothing really fancy, but can get the job done no more than $200 or hopefully a lot less.
your tooo late, I fix it check out page 2
Life is good again! I sent Canon service an email yesterday afternoon and they send me the cure. For all those novice, that might have a jammed canon: all I had to do was (1) take out the battery and card (2) closed the door on that part (3) hold down on the on/off button for one minute (4)then put the battery and card back in (5) turn the camera back on (6) it works.
Canon is great..I got the right answer within six hours on a Saturday. Yes, I did get Lucky.....
No, nothing seems to work, but thanks for all the suggestions...poor alice
