I am going to get a plugin to my photoshop; should I get Oneon or Topez for my easy go to masking and layers, etc. Need advice on which one to use, for someone that is slow and hates to go thru a bunch of steps.

I use both OnOne Perfect Photo Suite 8.5, and a few of the Topaz plug-ins as well. Both of them are great pieces of editing software.
For masking however, I would recommend Topaz ReMask, for IMHO, works better when trying to remove difficult multi-colored backgrounds.

I'd recommend Topaz ReMask. I have found it easy to use and it does a very good job. They recently came out with the new ReMask 4 which is even easier than before.
