I did discuss this with the LD counter rep, who said that Canon cannot void the printer warranty unless it can be proven that any printer failure is directly related to a re-fill cartridge. Supposedly, a court precedent has already been established.
A good example of why they can't void the warranty if you use after market replacement parts would be all of the things you replace on your automobile that aren't factory parts. Same thing with printers.

You could buy a DVD / VCR recorder and transfer them to disc.
You can choose the quality you want on the DVD - anywhere from 2 to 6 hours.

Recording is done at standard speed and you can break between segments / tapes so you can put them on the DVD menu.

Obviously will take some time - What are you doing this winter when the snow is flying and it is very cold out?

I have had several Canon printers. I have used after market ink cartridges and refill systems in them and couldn't tell the difference from the Canon inks. I have now been using inkproducts.com refill kit in my current printer.

One thing that their instructions stress is not to print in draft mode - always use standard mode to keep the print heads cool - they are cooled by the ink and draft mode doesn't keep them cool enough.

Another thing they stress is to change or refill the cartridge as soon as the printer indicates it is low - (that is when the reservoir has been emptied) - this is to make sure the quantity of ink flow is adequate for keeping the print head cool and insuring a full life of it.

For the money, I'd go with a Canon SX50. You can pick one up new for around $300 to $320, it has EVF and 50X zoom and it's not a bad looking camera either.

Canon currently has the SX50 HS refurbished for $149.99

One year warranty and the one I got looks like it was never used.

Comes with battery and charger. This time, it even comes with a 4GB card.

Canon describes it as refurbished. Might really be new. The two I've seen purchased, sure looked like new in the box. (holdovers from initial manufacturing run?).

Why do you think they need a 12 by 3 mile wide area?

If you look at the end that plugs into the USB on the PC, there is a space that goes up. The lower side of the plug has a spacer in it to keep you from putting it in upside down.

Later Darwin said that his theory was WRONG and there wasn't any real scientific evidence to support it.

You might try taking a photo of the palm of your hand in the available light and using it for the custom white balance. Back in the film days this was one way to get a correct exposure in these types of situations - didn't take the photo, but used the setting to take the pictures.

The palm of the hand is equal to the grey card sold in photo stores and used by many photographers.

I have used it in mixed lighting to set a custom white balance and got the closest to the expected results than from any of the other settings that I have tried.

Doesn't take much time to try it for yourself and see if the results are what you expected.

The T5i equivalent is 700D according to my user manual.

I think that the T5 is a 1200D equivalent.

Thank you very much for the information, Bruce. These are the only examples of these plants that I have ever seen. Earl. :-)

My vines are not as prolific with the flowers as the ones you have pictured here. Maybe when they have a few more years to grow more?

You are right, Sherry. I just found the link to the other post. They are more yellow than the above ones, but are definitely the same species. Earl. :-)

They also come in yellow. I have one red vine and two yellow ones on my chain link fence. They are very invasive and need to be kept under control. Propagate three ways: cuttings, rhizomes and seed pods. Seeds are very papery and blown easily by the wind.

I have no idea what these are called & have never seen them before, but thy stand out like neon signs. I was driving through a small town & these were growing along someone's front fence. I could see them from a hundred yard away. Please download for a better look.

They are buds on a trumpet vine. The last photo shows some that have opened, but are about ready to drop.
