I have heard of an App for Cannon shooters but what about Nikon?

I have an iPad Air. I simply plug my SD card into what they call a "lightening photo adaplter"

Not that much warmer down where you are, I remember sea and Anchor details in the Chesapeake, colder than a witches left...

So do I, we were in the North Atlantic on our way to Scotland.

BTW there is probably a parade in Chinatown next weekend,

I am going to wait a couple of weeks until it get a little warmer. Even though I'm originally from Boston, there is a limit to the cold I can take now that I am older than dirt, lol.

I have a Lowpro Slingshot 202 which I find to be perfect for a camera and an extra lens or 2.[/quote]

Excellent suggestion. I will order one from B & H. Thank you. Mike

I'm looking for a bag to carry a Canon 70D, a Sigma 18-200mm lens and a Canon 10-18mm Lens. I have been looking hard at the Lowepro Urban Reporter 250 Camera Messenger Bag.

My question is: Has anyone had any experience with that bag and does anyone have any other suggestions. My goal is to find a bag that does not draw a lot of attention.

Thanks, in advance for all your help.

I found this tripod on B & H site. I like pan heads, I don't know why, but I do. Has anyone had any experience with these tripods? Thanks in advance for your help, as always.

Thanks for all your input, I knew I could count on you. I have ordered a Sigma 18-200mm lens from B & H. This lens will be used mostly for walk around, specifically for a trip to NYC when it warms up a little, lol. Happy New Year to all.

I am considering a Sigma lens 18-250. All the reviews I have read from a variety of sources mention lens creep. Have any of you, who own this lens, had an issue with lens creep. Thanks in advance.

You can get an adapter from Apple, Best Buy, Conn"s, Fry's, Curacao, or any major electronics outlet that plugs into the mini display port on your laptop that has ends for DVI, HDMI, and DVI-D that will connect to your tv.

Thanks for the suggestion.
