This ad has appeared in numerous Craigslist listings around the northeast, with different addresses listed as locations. Not even a good scammer.
Lanyards are still commonly used at trade shows. Every attendee would wear one, instead of clipping a badge on your jacket and almost guaranteeing that it would be lost.

I shoot birds in flight with a shutter speed of 1/1000 sec. or faster and the lens as close to wide open as possible. That determines what the ISO winds up to be. I am sure others with more experience have better ideas.
I found it's easy to distinguish between a Downy and a Hairy woodpecker by looking at the proportion of the beak to the head. The Downy has a small beak compared to the Hairy, whose beak is 1/2 to 3/4 the length of the head.
I have the Nikon D850 and also a D500. The D500 is used primarily for birding, when the 300/2.8 and 200-500 come in really handy because of the crop sensor factor.
Could be a variable speed motor controller.
FWIW, newegg.com is listed as an authorized Canon dealer in their 2015 (latest I could find) list.
E-Infinity has the D850 for $2,599, which only means it's a grey market model and they are not an authorized Nikon USA dealer.
You are trying to sell a lot of equipment as one lot. Most of the folks here probably have one or more of the items you are selling already. Perhaps someone who is switching from a different manufacturer to Nikon might find this attractive. You might do better if you sell the items separately, but that's a lot more work.
Assuming your lens is a VC lens and the vibration control is on, the second picture looks like it's caused by excessive shaking, since I can't find anywhere in the picture that is in focus and everything looks blurred. With VC on and at 1/1000 sec. shutter speed, you should be able to take a good shot even hand-held. If you took it using a tripod, a lot of folks turn off the VC (or VR in Nikon lenses). BTW, which camera are you using?
Make sure your speedlight has recharged fully before taking the next picture. Wait for the indicator light on the flash (or in the viewfinder) to come on. Which speedlight are you using?
Well said. Materialistic things are just that. People are much more important.
