I was about to press the purchase button for the Canon R5. But, I got cold feet after reading some of the reviews they were experiencing on Canon's website. Rating for this camera looks like a C+. For those who owns the R5, are you currently having or had issues with the camera itself? Is there a concern that I should be aware of? This purchase would have been my last upgrade from my Mark 5DII, and I'd be taking it on my upcoming international travel.
My second choice might be the R7.

DO NOT, I Repeat, DO NOT use any software by MAC PAW. Especially Gemini, their duplicate finder. It installs software that cannot be removed under any circumstances. Have spent hours with Apple techs at higher levels and it has them shitting bricks!

My Samsung Note8 is finally giving up the ghost. The charging connector doesn't work (yes, I've cleaned it) and the battery life is getting intolerable.
I quit Apple when they refused to repair my iPhone6 Plus that developed iPhone touch disease (a bad batch of system boards) because I had the battery replaced at uBreakIFix. I swore I'd never go back, but because my whole family carries iPhones I'm left out of sharing family stuff easily.
I want the best camera possible for photos and video and I'm trying to decide between the iPhone 13 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Any opinions?

Get the best Apple iPhone you can afford (and perhaps the Apple care plan) and never look back again. Don't let the one bad expeience you had with Apples' earlier tech prevent you from the multiple benefits of its latest and astoundingly brilliant performance of the latest generation of phone that rival the picture quality of many SLRs.
Generally the northern third of NH and Vt peak during the first week in October. The middle third is the second week and the lower third is the following week. This can change a bit from year to year but it is a good rule of thumb.
My canon 5d3 has this and I have it up for sale with a battery pack grip and a Spider camera grip handle. It has 26k shutter count ( about 10 % of life expectancy) and is priced at $1500 if this catches your interest.
I have read that dye inks fade but are better on glossy paper. Pigment ink do what you say but are better on matte and other rougher surface paper. What’s your experience?
