I stayed at the Lodge and it was wonderful. We used the shuttle bus to move around the park. Photo opportunities are endless. Be brave of heart if you decide to climb Angels Landing. It truly is dangerous, Lots of info on the NPS web site.
Schoodic Peninsula is a must see. However, it is important to be there with the tide coming in. Amazing waves hitting the granite shore. Highly recommended. The Bass Harbor Lighthouse is nice.
Too long ago. Just want to move forward.
All,
I was an active in this forum until a few years ago. I got my nose bent and stopped participating. I realize it was dumb on my part. I want to apologize for my actions and request forgiveness. May I please participate now? I appreciate your permission.

Yes to Question #1. Don’t know to Question #2 - but I’m sure the Affinity instructions can sort that out in a heartbeat. RTFM!!!!
RTFM!!!! Yet another wise ass answer in this forum. I am outta here. Far too many forums that give sound advice.
In Lightroom I edit my RAW photo and then export it to Photoshop 2019 as a .jpeg file. The original Lightroom RAW file data is maintained. I then use Photoshop 2019 to further edit the exported .jpeg file as needed.
Does Affinity Photo provide the capability to edit the RAW file and then export or save the file as an .jpeg? Then do further editing to the .jpeg file in Affinity Photo?
Hope this makes sense and that I am asking my question in the correct manner.
Thanks,
Vaughan K.
I like number 4. Captures a moody SF Bay.
Nice picture. IMHO too much post processing in blues and yellows. Very bright too.
The only irony I see is why you are not hoofing it instead of getting some skinny little guy push you around.
I, too, don't get it. Your point of this post is.......................?

I find them to be ugly and would like to understand the mind-set of someone who does this to their body.

I find myself in a similar position. I have a Sonya 6000/Sony 18-105mm f3.5/Sigma 16mm f1.4/Sigma 30mm f1.4. For me, trading-in/selling to one of the big new/used companies is not an option. For example, one of the larger, well known used dealers is selling used an a6000 body only for around $325.00. However, their offer for an excellent scratch/ding free body is around $160.00. I understand this...business is business. The OP will be in a similar position. The best would be to do a private sale. I am going to use my gear - it is a nice set-up.
