In many places and countries it is common to haggle the prices unless they are posted. Always used the simple rule. The lower the price the bigger the tip, the higher the price the lower the tip. Of course, the service provided could alway lower or raise the tip. Nice photo for it captures the whole story. Mahalo for sharing.
