I have a Canon Pro 100 which came with some paper but I'm now picking the brains of my UHH family for suggestions on some really good quality photo printing paper.

The attached photos were taken by me. In #1, I did some minor editing to enhance the visual. In #2 I did a sky replacement in Photoshop. My question is, if I post #2 on any social media platforms am I obligated to disclose the editing and sky replacement?

Thanks,

Dennis

You only have to disclose the sky swap if you are entering the picture in a photocontest. Most contests do not allow sky swapped images as the entire presentation is not your photo. Exception is if you took the sky image that you used in the swap.

Costco Warehouse sells a Dell XPS 8940 for $1599. It's ideal for CS2021. It's got 32GB Memory, 11th Gen Intel 2.50 Ghz, 512 GBB SSD for loading programs fast.1 TB hard drive (I would double this), the graphics card is a NVidia RTX 3600 which handles AI plug-ins very nicely. I use it with a Benq SW270 32" monitor. It was the least expensive PC I could find locally that was sufficiently robust to handle my post processing needs. Highly recommended. BTW this is also available through Dell.

No red flags purchasing directly from Topaz Labs. Been buying their products for years. Took advantage of the Sharpen AI free trial for a month, then purchased it as it is the best that I've run into. Using the trial version will tell you if your PC can handle it. Older PC's may not be able to use it. AI apps require a decent graphics card. It does run a a bit slowly on my PC but not so much that it is inconvenient. Version 2 just came through (free upgrade) and it is considerably faster than the first.

Photoshop locks up when any item is clicked on the screen. Read and tried all the Adobe helps. Deleted and reinstalled. shut down and restarted computer. Still locks up when ANY item on pull down is clicked. Any suggestions, Adobe is no help.

Had a similar problem. Updated driver on my graphics card even though the existing driver was current. Solved the problem. Don't know why but it worked. I found this solution on the Adobe Forum.

I've been using an "UpStrap" for years. They only sell direct.

Have you checked your image size in PS? Sometimes I forget to reset those numbers after resizing. That is when it won't print correctly.

Check the airline specs for the plane that you will be on. They usually post the overhead bin dimensions.

Hammer is correct. I've had that combo. The lens still works very well and stays sharp with the 1.4. The 2x will show less sharpness (unacceptable in my book.)

I've had the Wacom Medium for years. I love it. I use it with CS6 (don't use Lightroom). It excels at cutting out backgrounds and doing fine touch ups. I would hat to go back to a mouse and PC for these jobs.

The more you use it. The better you get with it.

Good luck.

Check out the Bushnell 10x50 Powerview. I've used them for years and they are very, very reasonable at under $100.00.
