Have your ear plugs in? Had a camera stolen there many years ago. We would pick up friends who flew in on our inflatable there.
Will look forward to the AZ pictures since we are in Tucson.
Looks like Northern Illinois
Mac is a cult for a reason.
Am a long MAC user, and had many networked together at seven locations in old days when I had a business. Another words, prejudiced. Reason I chose MACS, learning curve was so much better. Could teach people how to use them in a concentrated day. I have Imac 24 and 17 laptop. Really like the 24, and Imac 27 is a very nice unit. But to the point - look what others are buying. Macs are dramatically outselling the rivals. It's market share continues to grow - and probably for a reason. And its not because its cheap. But having hardward and software designed for each other does make a difference.
Looks much better than mine! Mounted my Olympus on my spotting scope, a 20 - 60, 90mm with adaptor, for wildlife. Pictures were so so, and not sharp. Especially as I would get out to 30 to 40. Had decided that the adaptor was at fault. Maybe I should look in the mirror! Got an electronic shutter control because any movement was big problem, especially with the tripod I was using. Too light for the job!
Does Jasper bite or kick? Like treats?
Thanks, Cliff. Found the websites very helpful. Can't wait for the sun to come up to get out and try it out!
Also sailed for years on Lake Superior in Northern WI and was involved in NorthCoastCommunity Sailing, a program teaching young sailors. We have tons of sailing pictures on our website. Also instructed at local charter company. Thanks for the pics!
I have an E410 with 14-42 lens. Also have 45-200 which I seldom use anymore. Notice that pictures aren't as bright as with my Lumix FZ28, plus I have the additional zoom capability with it. Have enjoyed the camera, but learning it is a real challenge for me! But that applies to both cameras! But guess that's what all this is about. The reviews indicate it is a good camera, and stands out with its competition. Wish I knew enough to know! But have enjoyed it, and gotten some good pictures with it. Still not sure which camera I like the best.
Checked Olympus site and then camera - set at 3200 X 2400, and 1/2.7. Checked Lumix and sensor at 1/2.33, and pixels about same, on 4/3. Would appear Lumix may be better, especially with the big zoom. Appears very complex to me! Thanks for your suggestions. Evidently can get two additional lenses, telephoto and closeup for Lumix that didn't know existed until I read the manual! Feel like its one of those "have you read the instructions!" Probably reason Lumix is getting more light. Don't know how Leica lens compares to Zuiko. Probably both acceptable, especially at my level! Again, thanks.
Thanks. Took two more photos in the afternoon with more light and little changed in terms of pixels. Going to the website on both cameras to at least make them the same. Any recommendation on what to set them at for regular use?

Thanks for the responses. Did look at the camera settings, and look similar, but they are different cameras. Lighting was similar in the morning, but Olympia seems to shoot less light. You are right in terms of not getting the camera angle right, since that was the reason for the missing car! Would a better camera shoot more MP? Or more MP comes with more light? Much thanks for the comments. Will shoot same picture with the sun up and see number of MP from the two cameras.
