Yep... I'm having the same issues with the masking... also noticed that the erase tool does not function as well as in the previous version. Yes, there is more lag when swtching tools. Tempted to go back to previous version until the next update.

You need to use a leveling base with a pano head. (Your ball head will be useless for pano shots!) I would recommend RRS!

Are you using the latest version which was released yesterday? I do notice that it is slower than past versions, but I haven't had it crash on me yet!

I have been very pleased with the quality of images that I have been getting with my Sony A7Riii / Sony 24-105mm Combo. It is the most versatile of any of the lenses I own! I have no complaints regarding the sharpness, color, detail, etc. of this lens. (Attached is a shot I took earlier this week with this combo.)

Problem solved! Apparently there were two issues which were giving me a problem with printing on the Canon Matte paper.
Matte papers (and thicker paper stock) must be fed manually through the manual rear tray. (I didn't even realize that there was another feed tray in the rear until I got to researching on the subject.) Also, there is a margin limitation when printing on Matte and other Fine Art papers. Thanks to all who tried to assist me on this problem!!!

The problem is Canons matte paper has no watermark on the back so you are probably loading it backwards. The LEAST shiny side is the front.
Yes MT Shooter, I agree, it would be nice if Canon would watermark the back, but I assumed that the most textured side was the correct print side, and when that didn't work, I turned it around and tried the other side. No dice... printer still does not recognize that any paper is in the loading tray regardless of which side is up!

My new Canon Pro 1000 is having trouble recognizing the Canon Pro Premium Matte Paper.
Error code says that there is no paper loaded in the printer tray. ICC profile is correctly set for the Premium Matte Paper (which is a thicker stock than most of Canon's other papers). Is there another setting that I am overlooking to get the printer to see the Canon Premium Matte paper? All the other Canon papers that I've tried (Pro Platinum, Pro Luster, & Plus Semi-Gloss) load and feed without a hitch!
