I have been using Faststone Photo Viewer to cull my raw files. Its easy, fast, versatile and FREE. If you haven't heard of it do yourself a favor and try it. Its a handy program, just one example, EXIF data.

My personal favorite is Adobe Bridge. Though, I don't cull. I keep everything I shoot.

Great program I also use it for what little bit of editing I bother to do. I have tried photoshop but I would sooner be out taking photos then editing them.

Your Redhead is really beautiful. I have used Faststone for a long time also. Not as my primary editor, but as a viewer.
