I know that the D850 is a great camera, but I'm sure that the D950 would be even greater. By the time the D950 is reIeased I would have even a greater GAS attack!
Hello fellow Ugly Hedgehogers. I would like to know if I should stop waiting to upgrade my D810 for the D950 when it released? It looks like it's never going to happen now that Nikon has gone mirrorless.
I was wondering what causes noise with higher iso levels and with today's technology why can't someone make a camera that can produce photos without noise at any iso level? Just like cd's did for lp's. Maybe that is something that will happen in the future? Thanks.
I'm very happy with my D810. I was just being curious about future of the FX series of Nikon.
Just wondering what will happen in 10 or so years after the Nikon D950 is released? Will that be it for Nikon or will there be a D960, D970, D980 etc.? Just throwing it out there.
Whenever my wife and I go somewhere together she prefers that we use her smartphone to take pictures even though the photos I take with any of my cameras are much much better. She says the she likes to be able to post them on Facebook right away. I do have the ability to pass the photos to her via wifi but it doesn't seem to matter. I love photography but my cameras are collecting dust. Does anyone have advice?
The problem is that I love my cameras until the new models comes out. It's frustrating because when the new models come out, I see all the weaknesses and flaws of the cameras I own and I like to have the latest and the greatest. I own the Sony RX100m4 and now the m5 is out which has much better focusing. I also own the Panasonic GH4 and soon the GH5 will be released and so on. I only can imagine what the improvements are going to be on the new GH5. It never ends. It wouldn't be so bad if I was rich but I'm not. I just purchased a house and now I need to use my funds towards things for the house. It looks like my upgrading days are over for a very long time. I think I need camera therapy! Please help me Hedgehogs! Thanks.
Hi. I'm trying to decide between the DxO OpticsPro 11 Essential and the DxO OpticsPro 11 Elite. Is it worth the $70 difference for Elite? Also, do they ever go on sale and should I wait? Thanks.
My hard drive had a head crash and I lost more than half of my photos and videos just because I procrastinated in backing them up. 1000's of memories gone forever! I am so devastated! It was a Seagate hard drive which I was told that it was a common problem with that brand. Please learn from my mistake. BACKUP YOUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS AND DON'T BUY SEAGATE HARD DRIVES!
Hello. I am going to a big family reunion for Easter and I want to get some great group shots. There will be about 30 people attending and I would like to get some advice. Do I use a ultra-wide lens and get close or should I use standard wide angle lens and shoot farther away? Should I use multiple flashes for fill? What f stop should I use etc.? It will probably be done outside hopefully with sunlight. Thank you.
I know! Hopefully the wait is over next week!
Hi. Just wanted to know if any of my fellow Hedgehoggers preordered the new Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmar 100-400mm lens or the new Panasonic DMC-ZS100 Camera? I ordered both a month ago from B&H and I'm getting more anxious everyday. I'm thinking they are on a container ship at the docks waiting to get delivered. COME ON BROWN TRUCK!
What point and shoot camera is better for low light performance? One with a maximum aperture range of f/2.8-5.9 with a 1" sensor or one with a constant f2.8 aperture with a 1/2.3" sensor? Thanks.
