Hi. Just wanted to know if any of my fellow Hedgehoggers preordered the new Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmar 100-400mm lens or the new Panasonic DMC-ZS100 Camera? I ordered both a month ago from B&H and I'm getting more anxious everyday. I'm thinking they are on a container ship at the docks waiting to get delivered. COME ON BROWN TRUCK!

Don't get too worked up, I think B&H will send you notification when it ships.

Lusting after both of those, I have hacked the UPS system and have had them redirected to me.

In my city, dirtbags follow the trucks and get the five-finger discount. I use the office for deliveries-- or deliver to the UPS store that then notifies of a delivery

I cancelled my order and am waiting on the Oly 300 f/4 instead, so i can take advantage of Dual IS with my E-M1. Probably not on the first boat, though.

I often do but I think those who post brown truck announcement need to know that some of us perhaps even most of us really don't care ... it really adds nothing to the discussion. If you want to start a brown truck forum - be my guest.
