hey, Buana, it looks like the supernova in the one arm has run out of gas, no visible features of it show. When I shot this same galaxy just after the supernova went ballistic, it really showed its stuff. Now it is just like the other stars surrounding it.
Marc, Great shots of the Heart and Soul Nebula. I shot them too and had a great time with them. Funny, not to many people know of this until recently. I only heard of them about 5 years ago. RFB
Hey Alberio, could these noise be from the camera? You used the R6 on the other photo and got some strange noise patterns, too. These noise "streaks" are too coincidental to be random. Look at the pattern and the streaks fall into the same distance on the image. I hope I am making this clear. This may be caused by the camera sensor since it occurred on other posted photos, but not as prominent. just a thought. RFB
Hey, how about the phrase "you know". How many times has that phrase been beaten to death and yet still being resurrected by the younger set. My sister always used this phrase so I told her, "no, I don't". it got her so flustered that she would loose her train of thought, more likely derailed. It was always fun to do this.
Hey Sonny,
I saw your rig and noticed that you have a ZWO camera attached. Well let me tell you a tale. When I first assemble my equipment for a night of imagining, I failed to turn on the dew heater IN THE CAMERA! I had a streak of distortion running at a roughly 45° angle. Again, I fail in turning on the heater in the camera and that haze remained for the longest time. Now when attaching the ASI AIR Plus, I turn on the camera heater and I can go along with imagining all night long. Dumb things like that can always mess with your mind. BTW, my ZWO camera is a 071 APS-C camera using a Sony sensor.
Hi Hoggers, I have a problem and I think it is my fault. This printer has four tanks, black, red, yellow, and blue. When I first got it, I was printing almost every day. However, as time progressed, I have not used the printer for some time; like maybe a year. Now when I try to pint a document, it fails badly. The first two or three lines print, sorta, but after that, nothing. I did a deep printer cleaning, but that does not work. However, I have noticed that the piping leading the the print heads do not have any ink in them. How can I get ink to the heads? Sure would be nice to print documents without going to Office Depot to print them. Appreciate any help given.
WOW!
You have captured very rare units in beautiful paint! Two GP 35's and the trailing unit, a GP 30. @500 hp for the 35's and 2250 for the 30. Great capture. RFB
Another good one, Rabbi Ben. However, if you delve into the writings of Confucius, he also states that same principle. He was asked by one of his students to give them on word sum up this concept. He did by using the word, reciprocity: don't do to other what you would want done to you. As you said and I agree that Jesus is a more pro-active rule that we should all abide with. Remember that Confucius lived 500 years before and about 4000 miles away, give or take a few, from Jesus, yet they both have the same philosophy and instinct to dood good to one's neighbor. RFB
Good job, Ben. I have a different take on this, yet we both understand that a belief system or non-belief system can fulfill one's desire to see a higher power in this world. I now follow the Tao and it also is subject to interpretation. We just went over Chapter 25 in the Tao Te Ching and it is extremely profound and deep, yet we can have a deep understanding without conflict to different belief systems. Good work and I an looking forward to your next video.

I believe this is also called Nelson because of the proximity to the namesake. It is close to Nelson's Landing on the Colorado River. I pass these old relics and also shot there when I would shoot the stars at the turnaround at the turnoff to Nelson's Landing. This can be found by going East on the 215 to the 95 south to Nelson's Landing road on the left side of the road. If you miss this, you will wind up in Searchlight.

I was trying to gather images of the sun with my 600 mm lens with a sun filter on my Canon T2i body. I was getting some good exposures when I noticed a plane heading for the sun. So why not shoot the sun and plane. You can see the results here. Geeky things: exposure was at 1/2500 of a second with the ISO at 6400. should not have used that high, but I had the ISO on auto. f stop was at f8 hand held. hope you like it. RFB
Great shots and to think I live 20 minutes away from this landmark. I know all the places you shot and I have some that you don't have like the petroglyphs along the hidden springs. Great place except in the summer 100°F to start with! RFB
Sorry, but the stack is too big for this forum. Thanks for the offer. RFB
