Thanks... I was thinking the Great Crested Flycatcher... I was able to look into the Audubon Field Guide and that is the closest thing I could find
Need someone to help me Identify this bird... We are located in South Carolina... the box was built for a squirrell and is about 16 to 20 feet off the ground... bird is olive green with brown wings with white bars and Yellow underparts
I have a sigma 70-300 mm Macro lens for my Nikon d3000 that is not wanting to work right... it acts like it is trying to focus but it will not.. it doesn't do it all the time... is this an issue with the lens or the camera
I have a sigma 70-300 mm Macro zoom lenses that I have had for a couple years but it is starting to give me some focusing issue... but it is a good lens
Great pics... I was in Cocoa Beach Florida a few years back and there is a wildlife sanctuary over near Cape Canaveral that I got some great shots from... have you ever been there... Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge
Great shots... I am not far from you in South Carolina... would love to have some of the shots you have been able to get...
Thank you I did have an issue with the camera not working at all and sent it back and they replaced it for me... have had the new for probably a year and it has been used a good bit so maybe I have just got the good out of it and need to look into replacing it
I have a Sigma DG 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 Macro zoom lenses that I am having problems with the zooming on it. It will act like it is trying to some and you can hear the zoom motor running but it will not actually zoom and take the shot, however it does at times not have any issues.
DEC... just type in Whatbird.com and it should work... it is a great site
Very beautiful shots... I have a couple shots of some spoonbills at the Animal Kingdom Lodge in Walt Disney World but they are not as pink... is this a mating color or something
Love the lazy Squirrel... very nice shot
Here are a few pictures that I got while at the Animal Kingdom them park at Walt Disney World in January
Ankole Cattle
Young African Elephant
Male Silverback Gorilla
I worked in a home depot and saw this time after time after time... people always thought it was so funny... the funniest though was one little boy probably about 5 or 6 whipping it out and getting ready to do his business in one
Usually any shots that I get are just beyond the dugouts... where the fence changes height... also from between the chain links but that is challenging... I have on occasion been allowed on the field, but with that you really have to watch yourself... those balls move pretty fast...
