Need someone to help me Identify this bird... We are located in South Carolina... the box was built for a squirrell and is about 16 to 20 feet off the ground... bird is olive green with brown wings with white bars and Yellow underparts
It looks a little like a Carolina Wren, the state bird of SC.
But, there are a few differences.

My guess as well. Myiarchus tyrannulus I had to do a double take, because the angle of the shot made the tail look very short. Good call, "retired".

We don't have them out here, but they resemble the Western Kingbird, so I went to the flycatcher family first to key it out.
