Very beautiful shots... I have a couple shots of some spoonbills at the Animal Kingdom Lodge in Walt Disney World but they are not as pink... is this a mating color or something

I'm not a birder but believe this rich coloring is mating splash. We had a flock of about 12-15 entertaining us at Cirle B Reserve
