Article II, Section 4, United States Constitution - The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
Impeachment only applies civil officers. As of noon, January 20th, President is no longer a Federal Officer. The earliest a trial could start is January 19th. Senate trial procedures require that the accused have adequate time to prepare a defense.
There is no law on the books which allows the Federal government to deny a past President his pension or Secret Service protection. It also can't be passed Constitutionally. Any such law would be a bill of attainder, and those are specifically forbidden in the Constitution.
