I use it and I love it. For many years I used photoshop and Lightroom. Don't miss them a bit. You can find loads of their tutorials on youtube, as well as checking their info pages, and downloading the manual for the latest version.
If you do a search on Flickr for zoo shots, you will see that many of them have the exif data. You can check to see what camera is used , as well as what lens
I think that it is very important to buy shoes in a store where you can try them all on. Sometimes the sizing can be off.
Thanks so much for all your info

It is a “fun” camera I keep a tamron 18-150 on it but my more go to is my OMDem1mk2 camera with Olympus lenses
Thanks. I also have hte em1 M2, as well as the em1. I was waiting for the upgrade to my em1M2, But the new camera that has been rumored for next month is not that upgrade
Thanks. That is where I have been reading about it as well as looking at shots. I am itching to buy one,and will be going in to a store after the holidays to look at one and hold it in my hands. I didn’t realize that it was a cult thing. I used to have a manual 105 f 2.8 lesterdine lens that I shot with my Nikons it too was a cult thing and I loved it.
I have been reading about the Pen F. It looks like a fun camera. What do you use it for, and with which lenses..and is there a new model coming soon, as it was announced 3 years ago in January?
I used to be a Nikon owner and I owned all 3 of the triumvirate . That being said, I rarely ever used the 14-24. I wound up selling it to a friend, and she also rarely ever used it.It was a lovely lens, But living here in Colorado, I really did better with the 70-200 F2.8 Vr.
Two years ago , I switched from my 3 FF Nikon cameras to an Olympus Micro four thirds. I was surprised at just how good the quality was. If I print anything, I send it to Adorama to be printed at 11x14. After I made the switch, I sent a batch of files to be printed. They were from my Nikon D3, D810, D700, and from the Olympus Omd EM1M2, and Em1. I knew which files were which, But No-one else did..and no one I showed the prints to could tell whether a full frame Nikon camera had taken them, or were they shot with the MFT.
To say I was pleased, put it mildly. one concern of leaving my 3 FF cameras and going to MFT cameras, was fear over the image quality. That fear was gone after I saw those prints .
I also agree with the article. I was a LR user,( Stand alone), for years, then a friend sang the praises of C1 and I bought it. I will say that there was a very steep leaning curve, and the book that I bought was useless. however C1 has marvelous education and webinars. Their tech support is FANTASTIC. I would email them in the am , Mountain time, and I would usually get a replay back in 30 minutes or less. All that being said, I have neither used , nor upgraded for more than 2 years. The reason being is that I now use On1 for just about all my raw processing, and I may then use Topaz Studio to finish up. The cost of on1 is considerably less, and with Topaz, once you have purchased something from them, all upgrades are free.
I use a trekking harness, for the camera, plus a large fanny pack for everything else I carry
My upgrade worked fine from the start. I have heard that with every upgrade, some have problems. I know that I did with Sierra, but no problems with Mojave, although Honestly, I don't use any of the new features. The next upgrade supposedly will be a major one
I have always pulled the card and used a card reader. It seems to me that way back when I had read somewhere this was the preferred method, and it works well for me.
Before I got on1 raw 2019, which runs perfectly on Mojave, I ran on1 photo raw 2018 with no problems
