Very nice shots.
My daughter just moved from SoCal to Arizona. Hope your daughter is prepared for the high cost of California living. Mine is well-pleased at the "raise" she just got from lower costs on everything from housing, to gas, to auto insurance.

...The thing I have against Harleys is that they are so damn loud, at least, in this area. We don't have a noise ordinance according to the sheriff so they like to knock the mufflers off their bikes, trying to make as much noise as they can. You can hear them coming from a mile away and you still hear them for two miles after they pass. The riders like to call their Harleys 'hogs'. I refer to the riders as 'inconsiderate pigs'. They try to claim they do it to alert car drivers that they are present but that's B.S. I think they are saying, "Ooo, look at me, I have a Harley-Davidson".

Completely agree. The majority...though not all...ride around with a chip on their shoulder, looking like bad a@@es, annoying others with their noise, looking for a way to show how tough they are. When you can hear someone's Harley from a 1/2 mile away, this should simply be illegal.
That being said, I know responsible Harley owners who roll their eyes at those mentioned above and are embarrassed by that type.

Has anyone ever sold your photo entry at the County Fair? This year anyone who enters their photo into the judging competition has the option to sell it. The Fair gets a 15% commission.
I'm entering several framed and matted 11 x14 photos that have gotten very positive comments from friends and family. I have no idea what to charge and any thoughts, or sharing previous experiences will be welcomed.

Started with windows 3.0, 7 is still my favorite. 10 drives me nuts with its wonky updates. Being the quasi IT for 18 PC's I know this all too well. A shame 7 is being abandoned.

At this time, Outdoor Photographer has a special membership price going of 30% off for the first year.
Can anyone offer their opinions if the content is worth it, and which level you are at?
Thanks!

Program mode can really be whatever you want it to be. With many dslr and mirrorless cameras you can sit on what the camera says, or use the appropriate dials to take over control of aperture or shutter as you choose. I see Program as the best of 3 worlds.

I would somewhat disagree that DxO is somehow behind the curve. On the other hand, they have pioneered establishing "profiles" for specific cameras and lenses that are calculated into the imaging results. This is a really great feature. These kinds of features are now appearing in LR and ACDSee.

I am interested. A few questions, please...
1. What are you asking, to sell it?
2. Would you be interested in bartering for the Lumix 7-14 f4 instead? I haven't used this as much as I expected. Excellent condition, just no front lens cap.
3. May I ask why you are looking to sell/trade the 12-60?

Then if course are those who bring their dogs to the grocery store. They sit in the same cart where you put your food, and then they take their reusable shopping bags with dog hair all over it, and put them on the counter. It has gotten completely out of control.

Well done. You must have a new camera, but not new to photography from looking at the photos.

Should have mentioned, it's the Windows version, not Mac.

After the many reports of problems going from Luminar 2018 to Luminar 3, they issued a patch which had it working again. However, now the latest update from last week has it crashing again. Program starts, but won't load.
Anyone else seeing this issue?

Well done! If it makes you shiver when you look at it, then you accomplished what you set out to do.
