Long-time fan of this show. But, IMHO, it has been in decline ever since Ziva left and it's not just her. The writing has been very hit and miss over the past two seasons. It's like they've run out of ideas. Still don't really like Bishop much after the two previous female agents. Long, quality run and DiNozzo's departure might be the beginning of the end. It's hard to last this long on television.
