I was a scout, made Eagle (It is in the 100th year anniversary Eagle book for those doubters) and valued the time spent doing things we did as boys. I totally agree with your comment, "Day", I also find it sad. I earned Eagle Scout 12 years ago at age 16. I'm not sure I would have felt the same then (especially because they are going to allow girls to camp with boys), about allowing girls, as I do now. This move will likely help cater to the many new, and endless genders that we are being forced to accept. I can just imagine what new merit badges will be created because we are to believe that boys are no different than girls.
