I have used FF almost exclusively until I purchased a Canon 7D II. Love that camera but gave it to my son. I often borrow it as it is a joy to use. Best ergonomics for me.

I'm not sure what previous post this refers to. But I agree with you about 80% on post processing. If I bring home a less than great photo I much prefer to go back out and try again. Sitting in front of a computer trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear is not my idea of photography. And, of course, that's JMHO. No apology needed that I can see.

I am 100 percent with you.

Is it a US passport? I know from experience that EU countries are sticklers for exact sizing in mm no less. I had to drive a pro and his lab nuts getting it exact.

Canon's new strap has the connection via the tripod socket and I don't trust it. You're dangling a $3000 camera and a $2000 lens by a small screw!

I use Free Shutter Count on my Canons (50D, 5D IV etc. They have a free version but I had to upgrade ($7), so Free isn't free.

? You should find your shutter count in the EXIF data.

I was taking pictures off the Kanc and could not navigate my way back to the parking area. A kind soul carried my gear up the rocks lecturing me about the benefits of hip replacement as I reached the paved area my 5D iv with 70-200 2.8L hit the gravel. Luckily I only scratched the polarizer ($200) and not the front optic. The man was a good Samaritan and I know God will reward him. Still haven't replaced hip and have not taken any pictures since. Bummer.
