Can anyone help, as to why after paying a lot of years for the subcription, I cannot log into LR or PS without it saying buy now or free trial, why cant I get into my subscription based options. Thank you

Please can you help me with getting the background dark for your dahlia shots, its been a while since I have done any photography and my old brain is not working., I have some stunning really large dahlias in my garden and want to shoot earlyish in the morning as they are in shade then but I cant get the black background. I am trying to open OPS and/or LR but the system just keeps coming up with start free trial for 7 days, getting so frustrated as no matter what I do I cant open them. Thank you HOGS.

I have recently sent a load of raw files using WeTranser, it did take forever as my internet is snail pace but it is free and and excellent way of transferring your files. My son received the files ready for his editing

Thank you so much, I have deleted so much from my LR and have been using the Seagate to store my photos, LR can't locate the seagate drive to enable me to point to the seagate from LR so I can't open any images. My PS has stopped working altogether. I will do as you suggest and go back on Time Machine and restore an earlier problem, this may help and thank you for yours. It is very much appreciated. I will also check how much space I have on the disk.

I haven't upgraded to Catalina I am still using Mojave, the update I carried out was just a general applemac update. Thank you.

If anyone can help I would be very grateful. When I upload my photos to LR I store them on a Seagate 8tb disk, my disk is full on the Mac, now I keep getting the 'photos cant be found' message for a recent import. I have tried pointing and locating in finder etc but my backup disk I can't seem to find.

I looked it all up on the internet and it says there is sometimes a problem locating files between Mac and Seagate, I am a real techniphobe and very frustrated as I am afraid to upload any more files. If anyone can help I really need clear easy to understand help.

Also I updated my Mac recently as had a message from Apple to update, which I have done, now I cant open PS at all, what a mess. Thank you in advance.
