Can anyone help, as to why after paying a lot of years for the subcription, I cannot log into LR or PS without it saying buy now or free trial, why cant I get into my subscription based options. Thank you

Had that happen a time or two over the years. Some geeky issue with log in, Adobe tech wizards sorted it out in about 5 minutes.

This is a long shot, but it's happened to me. My credit card on file with a particular company had expired. The same thing as what your experiencing.

I would get in touch with Adobe.

Since the latest update, whenever I reboot the computer, I have to sign in. It does first give the "trial" or "buy" screen, but I discovered hidden in the upper right hand corner of the task bar an obscure line that hints at "logon". I don't recall exactly what it says, but check up there first, then call Adobe. They have always been very helpful to me.
