I am trying to open OPS and/or LR but the system just keeps coming up with start free trial for 7 days, getting so frustrated as no matter what I do I cant open them. Thank you HOGS.

Try logging into your Creative Cloud account. Might be a notification that helps determine what is wrong (billing issue?).

Had that problem pop up last month, despite having a paid PS/LR subscription for several years. Got a Adobe service rep on the phone, he shared my screen and fixed it in about 10 minutes. No explanation as to how or what caused the problem.
