Hi. I am not asking about any Maxxum model. I am asking specifically about the Dynax model. Does it differ from the Maxxum model in that there is no accommodation for a rubber eye piece cover.

Again, while there are at least three names, Maxxum, Dynax, and Alpha, I am asking specifically about the Dynax version. I did see on a German web site a Dynax, (not Maxxum or Alpha) that did not have the rubber cover, nor, from the photo did it seem like there was a place to put one. So, specifically, the Dynax version. Just this one. Thanks.

I have seen a photo, I believe, of the Dynax 9 version, that does NOT have a rubber eye cup over the finder and I was advised that it never did have one. Do any of you know for sure if this is the case? Thanks.

It is a fast car. I had mine over 110 mph and ran out of road. I hope my wife doesn't read this.

My company leased this Supra for me when it first came out. A marvelous machine, EXCEPT we lived in Traverse City, Michigan at the time, where it literally snowed almost every day in the winter. This car is rear wheel drive and with the high speed tires that were on it, it was often impossible to drive. We lived on a hill on the peninsula and one night I couldn't get up the hill. I backed down, parked the car at a Holiday Inn, took a cab home and a cab back the next day.
But, what a wonderful road machine it was. I envy your grandson.

I don't think I would want to eat there.

So, that's all we've got to think on and comment on? Someone we don't know, haven't seen and whose attire and life is none of our business?

It's been sitting to long, and I need a CLR service and possible remedial work on the meter of my Minolta XK. Any first hand experience from any of you? Please don't be offended, but I don't need, "I hear that xyz is good." I would like either first hand or someone you know well who knows of a reliable Minolta manual focus camera repair service. Thank you.

Let's give good old American entrepreneurship credit. A Seattle based company took us from the world of Hills Brothers and Folgers into a new dimension of enjoyment of a staple of our every day lives. Like the taste or not, price or not, variations or not, they rocked the coffee world. Hooray for them. Drink it or not, like it or not, applaud them for their vision and success. Don't we all wish we could create and capitalize on the next trend? I'm thinking drive thru barber shops.

Earworms, I owe you an apology. Seriously. I had no right to strike out at you. If we were to meet, we probably would like each other. No reason to think we wouldn't. Some how when we are "hidden" from each other and are on the internet we seem to think it is ok to snipe at one another--something, hopefully, we wouldn't do in person. So, again, I apologize.

Wow! Am I alone, or the only one willing to admit that we really love Starbucks? We rarely go into their stores, but we have been drinking it, mostly French Roast, at home for about 15 years. I don't mind if you don't want to drink Starbucks, so please don't mind if we do. But, I'm sure earworms will find something wrong with this post.

Well, I'm likely to get beat up on this, but I have had wonderful results with J.C. Penny, Dejur and all kinds of Vivitar lenses. Frequently zoom lenses. When I started buying high end Nikon lenses, I saw no difference in sharpness. I use a tripod a lot, rarely need to shoot wide open and depend more on my technique than on the name on the lens. However, if I won the lottery I probably would buy the best Nikon lenses to put on my F6.
