Thanks to everyone who took the time to look and leave a comment.
I must say that in all my years (decades) taking pictures I never took many photos of flowers. I was inspired by the work I have seen here on the HOG. I won't turn my back on my fine feathered friends, but there will be more vegetation in my viewfinder in the future.
