Sorry, this is late, but looking at the center of gravity of the engine most of the loco weight is on the left wheels which are out of sight on the right side of the foto. The weight on the elephant is greatly reduced relative to the total weight of the loco. Looks ligit to me.
Thank you for sharing these pix of my favorite birds. Absolutely beautiful
Does that mean the remaining dinosaurs are headed to extinction?

Not only one of those, but went thru many of these.
Back in 1966 I started out in computing with a Univac 1005 and IBM 403 plugboard machine as well as 082 sorter and various other punchcard devices. A great way to start my career in IT. Now building desktops for fun in retirement. OS's included but not limited to DOS, CP/M, Basic, Fortran, RPG, COBOL, OS/2, Win, etc.
I love the joke, however, I believe this is in the UK and the dog is a passenger. So the dog can look at the girl all he wants.
I always turn to the sound of a thump, thump Huey. In theater 1966 - 1967. I still fly the black POW-MIA flag. Welcome Home !!!
This is what came to mind as I looked at it.

There is one of these woodys pecking on an old dogwood in my backyard here in Gastonia NC for a year now. I enjoy watching it as it hammers up and down that bark. Nice catch.
I had a Darwin moment while on a 1964 Honda scrambler while running up highway 97 toward Klamath Falls. The left spark plug wire popped off while at about 60 MPH. Running on one cyl was awful. Without thinking I did the unthinkable. Yep! And it hurt enough for me to pull the wire completely off the engine. Just glad I didn't go down. Still SMH!!!
Now I know why my veggie sister-in-law is mentally challenged! B-12 deficiency
One of my jobs at work was to maintain the information environment. In my office I had 3 desktop PC sized servers, one security PC and 2 accounting PC's. Ran the AC 24/7/365. Never the heater. Even on sub zero days. That office had 2 walls that were exterior. Seems hard drives and processors generate lots of heat. Enjoyed the cartoon.

And a computer can screw things up unbelievably fast!!!
Being a computer professional since 1966 I have learned computers don't screw up anything. Humans do, because a computer will do what it is told to do over and over again without complaining. If it is told to do it wrong, it will. Especially by USPS employees. And it will fail if it isn't maintained well by a human.

Probably, however, this state has not made MJ medical or recreational legal and I see this activity all the time. And most of these times it is because of the smartphone taking the drivers alertness away from his or her driving. Symptoms are the same.
Do something about that! Until then I am not worrying about the pot smoker.
