Does PSE allow you to input a text or sign your name to any pic modification?
What about saving the mods you make back to your original computer file
I think it saves and stores everything into their file system but I may be wrong
Help me out as I’m looking for something not too complicated but yet allows me to do the things above plus modifications
Thanks.

Yes you can insert text or freehand draw a signature. I use photoshop express on an IPhone so it saves it to my iCloud Photos which is also saved on my computer. So they are connected.

I recently did an audit of my credit cards and found that Adobe had been double charging me for my Lightroom/photoshop subscription for over a year. There were actually two separate line items for the monthly charge so I should have caught it earlier, but I somehow overlooked it. At first I thought maybe I had signed up for two accounts but that was not the case. I called Adobe and they admitted they had been double billing me for the same account. They would not give me any more information when I asked them how that happened. They said they would credit my card for the double billing and I just received the credit. But from the casual tone of the conversation and quick resolution offered, I got the impression that this must be somewhat common. So check your subscription fees more often then I do.

Are you sure about that? I recall reading that a portion of the energy from the battery is used to heat the battery to bring them up to optimal temperature.

They work. But their capacity and thus their range is greatly reduced as temperature drops. I have a friend with an EV who can’t run the heat in his car on his daily commute if temps are below 30F. If he does then he won’t have enough capacity to get to work and back.

Nice shots. They have a tough test today against the Hokies.

I just used it to process my Christmas photos of family. I liked it as a good starting point. I did have to manually brighten the shadows and add more denoise to most pics after using the auto AI as most were indoor in poor lighting.

You did not say what software you are using to edit the RAW file. I am not familiar with what Samsung uses as I use an IPhone. But when I shoot in RAW with my iPhone I either edit it in the mobile version of Lightroom or if I can wait then I edit it on my computer in the full version of Lightroom. Lightroom mobile gives me the most options as far as what type of file to export. The Apple Photos app on my phone allows full editing of the RAW file. But I feel more comfortable with importing it into Lightroom mobile where I can actually see it is a DNG file for the editing then exporting as a jpg.

The first thing you might find is that DJI has 75% of the market. Until that changes, you only need to set a budget and then pick the model in the DJI line that matches.

When you do, include three things. 1. Get the controller with the built in screen. If you don't you will grow to hate the fiddly procedure to plugging in your phone. 2. Get the "Fly More Combo" because you'll need more than one battery. 3. Buy the "DJI Care Refresh" option. It is crash insurance that replaces your drone cheaply when you screw up. It lets you learn without fear!

Thanks for the advice. It looks like DJI is the way to go.

I am saving up to purchase a DJI Air 3 with Fly More Combo with RC2. Getting ready to sell some of my photo equipment I don't use much any more. I can't wait. In the mean time I am going to buy a cheapie drone to practice flying one.Post more when you can. Thanks BE SAFE!!

Same here. I have too much redundancy in my camera equipment. I don’t use half of it. But I don’t have a drone. I haven’t decide which drone yet. I have just started researching.

My sister recently texted a bunch of HEIC pics to me that she needed converted to jpg in order for her to submit them to something online. So I ran them through Lightroom mobile on my phone and saved them as jpg. What is interesting is that when I texted the jpg files back to her, Apple converted them back to HEIC files. I have my photos settings as “most compatible”. But I guess since we both have iPhones HEIC is most compatible. So I had to email them to her to get around Apple’s automatic conversion.

Interesting, why are they more suitable for online?

Most people view shared online photos on their phone and in the vertical phone position. 4:3 fits better on the phone screen.

I file by event, independently of ratio. Although that typically makes each event mostly one or the other. That is because my indoor events are usually full frame 2:3 when I need the better light performance. Then my 4:3 is usually travel, hiking, boating or most other outdoor activities taken by my Olympus m4/3 or iPhone. Also, about half of my 2:3 get cropped to 4:3 as I find that format more suitable for sharing online.
