Love the formatting and scene; nice picture. It does look a bit blurry to me but then that could be just my old eyes not working well. Foreground and laterals are sharp but center shot background is what I'm trying to say. Again, maybe just me. Wouldn't discard it just for that though. Picturing it in a mamouth size photograph like 5' x 7' on a wall. Had a 8' x 10' mural on my bathroom wall once and it was inspiring. Put a wrought iron bench in front of it and like sitting in the park! Anyway, good job!

Nice pic. I have almost the identical pic I took over Lake Tahoe without the sun in it. Was there the wrong time of the day! Darn!

I have taken many pics of my wife's beautiful Iris but never thought of doing it over in B&W. Think I'll give it a try thanks to your work. Very very nice indeed! Thanks for sharing.

Sorry to hear that! Just suggesting/asking, did you apply as a vendor to the Federal/State/County/City Government Agencies to get a contract? How about NASA in Florida? Boeing in California? etc.
Good luck to you.

Taken yesterday from my front yard.

Lived in North Las Vegas back in 1968 to about 1973 but don't remember any skies looking so great!

Very nice job indeed!!!

BTW this is how I remember the winter of 1969 there!

Looks like a friendly Gator to me....he has a smile on his face!!!

So far only Gopher snakes have shown up in my yard but rattlers are sure to come. We throw them back into the desert behind us as they are good for keeping down the rodent population.

Sandhill Crane in the last picture is great in all ways.

Would be interesting to know how the pictures were accomplished; e.g. motion sensor driver to camera; etc.

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers!

I am using an iMac running the current Catalina OS. I have 8gb memory with a 2TB Fusion drive. Also Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200 1536 MB card.

My recent issue is this - after coming back from a shoot with a little over 700 NEF (Nikon) Raw files, I put them in a new folder in my catalogued folders. I began to edit them. During this process there is a lot of machinations - back and forth, compare this to that, check if I already have a better picture, delete, etc.

At least 3 times, when checking previously taken pictures in my catalog, I received the spinning color wheel. After several minutes, it would stop without the selection results appearing. The minute I would move the mouse for another selection the wheel would resume spinning. After a few tries of this, nothing would respond - I could not close the program, clicks were just ignored, or use the keyboard to close using command-Q or the three key sequence to show the running programs. I had to force close the machine with the power off button.

My version of ON1 is 2020.1 build 14.1.1.8943

Is anyone else having this sort of problem?

Any help is appreciated.

All the best!

Yes, that and other problems. I checked my memory and like 85% or more was in use so not enough to handle additional operations. It is my humble opinion that On! 2020 requires a lot more memory than earlier versions so I upped my memory to 16 Gbs and so far have not had any problems after about 2 months. I am running Windows 10 on an HP Envy Phoenix PC at 3.40 speed.

I bought a Quantum International St 88 Fluid tripod maybe 20 years ago or so. The head has never slipped on me even when shooting around Lake Tahoe's rugged terrain. It is sturdy and works well. Only paid about $35 for it if I remember correctly. Why so much money for a Tripod???????
