I love to exercise - especially the "lift-utensil-into-mouth" regiment. The more weight you put on the spoon (or fork), the better the workout. More speed and repetition will give you a much better workout. Doesn't do much for the cardiovascular, though. Can't say I'm losing weight either. Maybe I just need to do more... Time to go shopping for more "weight".

Please note that exposing a bully is only a click away.

To expose a bully, view their private message they sent you.

On your computer, press and hold down the "shift" button and on the upper right side of your keyboard, find the "Prnt Scrn" button and press that key.

Open the paint program and paste your clipboard to the canvas (Press and hold "Ctrl" and then the "v" key).

The canvas will show the screen image you captured along with the bully's login name and the message sent to you.

Save this file in jpg format.

Contact the Admin (add him to buddy list) and ask permission to send him a screenshot of this bully's message.

The Admin will determine the correct action to deal with this issue. This is his forum. Trust him to act accordingly.

I only had to deal with a bully once. I kissed her and that's the end of that.

Hmmm.. How about if you wrap your photos in aluminum foil, dip it in layers of wax, stick it in pottery, seal that in wax, attach a coin on the pottery using left-over wax and throw it in the middle of the desert. This way, the photos are in total darkness because of the foil, the wax keeps it air tight, the pottery is for the fact that pottery lasts thousands of years and the coin is to make sure someone finds it. (Without the coin, it’s just old pottery. With the coin, it’s lost treasure! woo hoo!). Losing it in the desert makes certain no one finds it too quickly. Imprint “Do not open for 1000 years” on the wax just in case. Once retrieved, the finder will not need "antique" electronics to view your pictures. They will just peel back the foil and say "WOW"!

ps
I lost my Commodore 64. If found, please ummm... errr... nm.

I've always wondered if there is a place where one can "rent" a piece of photo equipment like body and lenses to see for ourselves what we like and purchase accordingly.
I can attest for the longer focal length for portrait shots.

I also started with a Vivitar 110. LOL

In Widows XP or 7, a quick way to change resolution is to "right-click" on the desktop for the settings menu.
In Windows XP, right-click and choose the "Settings" tab.
In Windows 7, right-click and choose "Resolution"

For a pad or notebook, put the pencil down and fold the paper to the preferred size, write really big for large fonts and write really small for smaller fonts. The rubber end of the pencil is the "undo typing" function.
For pictures, use a glue-stick to attach photographs to the pad or notebook.

I hope this helps.

Hmm.. 15 huh? ATV huh? Hmmm...Boys or ATV. Boys or ATV. Make her promise to hold hands and pray with you or her parents before she sets off on her ATV (or with a boy (or with a boy on an ATV)). These kids will do what they want to do (not unlike the stuff we did at their age). Love is the best band-aid even for a broken bone (or a broken heart).

Politics - the art or science of government (Websters #1)

In government, you have the "governor" and the "governee" (yes yes, I made that up). lol

We currently have good and bad US "governors": (The President, the Congressmen & Senators, and the Supreme Court Justices)

The president elected into office is voted in by the electoral college (each state votes for electors).
The Congressmen and Senators are voted in by their state.
The Supreme Court Justices are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate.

Ultimately, all those governing the people are voted in by the public. The public vote may be swayed by the media, by gossip, by self-observation, etc. However, ultimately, the voter votes with their belief.

There are those that want to have bigger government and there are those that want smaller government.

Vote as your heart desire. Just remember that those who govern you will govern according to THEIR own moral values and will pass laws accordingly.

The belief that morality should not be legislated is wrong. Morality is the only thing that is legislated.

We deserve who we get to govern us (good or bad).

About a funny incident...
Our commander has monthly meetings where 25 of his top staff would discuss anything and everything.

One monthly meet, while I was giving him a detailed report, I asked if he needed a pen to take notes. Our commander reminded us on his ability to retain details.

Standing up and pointing at us, he said:

Quote: "Just remember, I have an elephant like a memory"

We had to re-schedule the meet - we had tears from laughing.

In the Air Force, we call them bathrooms. We stay in hotels where there are bathtubs in the restroom. We get totally lost if we have to stay in a tent and please don't ask us to put a cot together.

Ok. Here goes.

Go here and download:
http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
You DO NOT have to buy anything! This will run forever and will also update the software and signature file. You can install it on multiple computers. It is your OPTION to buy real-time protection. Real-time protection is questionable in the PC security industry and may not be worth buying at this time. If you like the software, buy it and support the creators of the software.

Go here and download this also:
http://download.cnet.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition-2012/3000-2239_4-10320142.html

Install and run these anti-virus programs and alternate them daily. Run it while you are asleep.

Download this Mozilla Firefox browser:
http://download.cnet.com/mozilla-firefox/
Install and run this browser. Close Internet Explorer.

Download this Google Chrome browser:
http://download.cnet.com/Google-Chrome/3000-2356_4-10881381.html

Chrome is my default browser because it is very fast, well written, and not so highly targeted by hackers.
Firefox is my backup browser because it is open source and very reliable and tough to hack.

I do not use Internet Explorer UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY because it is so highly targeted by hackers.

With the virus protection of Malwarebytes/AVG and browsing with Chrome/Firefox, I have minimum pc problems caused by malware, adware or viruses.

Just remember, if you think you are being hacked or have been hacked, disconnect from the internet before running your virus scan.

I've never quilted though I've hidden under a quilt blanket.
I enjoy photography, computers, reading, writing, eating, drinking, working, gardening, cleaning, yard work, (and other stuff I may admit enjoying but fail with the lie detector).
I really do love baking and cooking (which comes hand in hand with my eating enjoyment).
Keeping the correct order in God, family, and friends is most important! And yes... Life is GOOD!
Oh yeah... and I like to du Sudoku tu!

It is great to see many different views from so many diverse wonderful people. Chuck and Allen, you guys would probably do well sitting across a table breaking bread yakking about the differences in your beliefs. One thing is for certain, both of you are passionate about your love for your country (in wh**ever form this country should be). My older siblings would always remind me that if I am to give my opinion, I must also listen to others so that I may learn from our differences. There are issues with the liberal viewpoint that I cannot fathom (like a******n) and there are also issues with the conservative viewpoint that I cannot fathom (like opposing change). But then again, I'm not the smartest banana in the bunch. This is just my two cents. Thank you for your thoughts.
