If, while out for one of your walkabouts, you came across a man drowning in a lake, and you could either save him or photograph the event.....

What f-stop would you use ??

This is too funny a question! 36 years ago, while we were still dating, I thought my husband was "play drowning" so I took my new Kodak instamatic and took pictures!! He was semi concious when my sister dragged him out of the water. After an ambulance ride to the hospital and a little observation time he was fine. I still have the pictures in a box somewhere!

F/11: Snap the shot & then jump in and pull him out!

1. tripod, 2. set auto-shoot timelapse 3. to the rescue
but you have to be quick or you lose the light. and remember to stay facing the camera

First, determine if it is a in-law or outlaw. Get a meter reading, get under the cloth and focus, pull out the black slide, squeeze the bulb, put the black slide back in, get out from under the cloth, and call somebody with a rope.
See, I'm not the only one with a good plan.

Emmet - your age is showing, but you forgot to put flash powder in the pan ...LOL...
Did you build your camera?
Onalaska, seems to me that was the closest place to Livingston with a liquor store??

Didn't put the powder in, thought it would maybe show action.
You are right about the liquor store. We have a good stocked one here.
