I've never been happy with waist-level viewfinders as I have to wear my reading glasses to see the ground glass image. I'd check out the Bronica ETR or SQ cameras, which are real workhorses and have good quality lens systems.

This is a two-panel horizontal panorama. The images were merged using Photoshop and then the verticles corrected as they suffered from wide-angle distortion. Nikon D800 with 24-85mm zoom lens at 24mm.

I presently use Viewscan on Windows 10 Pro. Not moving to Win 11 as I have an older computer that runs everything I need (Photoshop, DxO Photolab) except the latest Topaz AI programs.

I use Vuescan with my ancient Nikon 4000, Plustek 7600, Epson 500, and Epson ET4850. Having one interface is a blessing. Been using it for many years without a problem. It is constantly updated for free; terrific program!

Here's the best I could do in a short time and without masking specific area of the photo. I Mostly
used PS's Curves and Hues/Saturation.

Several years ago I downloaded a patch that allowed the Nikon LS4000ED software to run on Windows 10; unfortunately I don't remember where I found it. In any case I've been using Vuescan for some time and I prefer it; it is constantly updated and will run all three of my film and flat scanners with the same interface. Switch to Vuescan.

I have the same issue. However, I don't look forward to 2025 when MS stops supporting Win 10. I may end up having to buy three new computers on a fixed income.

I've used a Sunway for several years with my D850. I tend to use the"L"as a hand grip. Not expensive and never a problem.

Crutchfield! I've bought a lot of Nikon gear from them and the service was great.

Check out Casper. I've been using for a few years with no problem. Saved my bacon several times when hard drives went down.

As a teenager I often took my bicycle into Flushing to visit the store. I still have a bundle of decamired color filters in too small "series" sizes. I used to enjoy picking through the grab bag items, which is about all I could afford at the time (late 1950s). I also have a GE variable color filter which can be set to a light amber through light blue; I believe it was to be used with the GE colormeter.
