What I miss most since moving to Mac, is the “directory” app. You know what I mean? The “tree” that showed every program and it’s offspring, and their path.

I believe that. And, I just got my property tax re-assessments. Guess what? Up again. Some years ago, our state capped property tax rates, and folks thought that was wonderful. What they forgot was all county officials had do do was raise assessments, so they have done, almost yearly. 
There sure as hell won’t be any downward reassessments in the near future with the stupid prices people have been paying over the past year or more.
