How can Walmart sell a Tamron 35-150 lens about $100 less than B&H?

You are right! Sorry for the confusion. Seems I fell into what people say about clothing. Just cause it fits, doesn’t mean you should wear it.

I’m not using a tulip hood and it is a Canon hood. There is only one way to put it on. Based on this info, I would be grateful for any other suggestions?

I used a lens hood on my Canon 35mm lens for the first time and some of the photos had vignetting on the edges. Is that usual?

Thanks everyone. I’ve always believed that God protects fools and drunks. I don’t drink a lot so I’ll let you draw your own conclusions. I carry insurance just in case ;)

I’m going to NY this summer and I want to take my DSLR. Any suggestions about leaving the camera in the hotel when I don’t want to carry it?

I am taking a class at a community college. Our projects for the last 2 weeks were a collage and a montage using PS. Here are the end results.

I agree. My main obstacle is patience also but I have an excuse. I’ll be 71 tomorrow and I’m running out of daylight ;)

I lost someone to lung cancer this past October so I understand your loss. I, like you, choose to remember the person she was rather than her last days. When someone is diagnosed with cancer, sometimes people forget that they are so much more than the diagnosis. I cry with you and celebrate the life of Rita. Thank you for sharing.

Anyone had any dealings with NewEgg? Their prices seem less expensive than B&H
