Yep, keep your liability insurance up to date. I have a friend who has an Industrial Air Mover co. who was sued because the product was similar and unfortunately his insurance guy
failed to renew his ins., cost in the 100s of thousand, even though their product was on the market long before the second came along.
Second example is the recent court battle between two well known cooler, insulated cup mfg. The 2nd troops lost big bucks I would imagine.
