Nikon P900 or Canon SX50, refurbed by manufacturer. Have a great trip! Mercer
This, the second fine night photo in this issue of the Hog, also shows skill and delivers an interesting story. Thanks.
I think Kolchak was a TV series back in the 60's, about a tough old sleazy private detective. It was a very good show that ran a few seasons, If my memory serves. Thanks to "tradio" for showing us a very fine photo, great to view and hard to forget...and telling a story like all the great ones do.
who gives a damn? Both sides of the aisle stink, in my opinion. G-- help us all.
I had the lesser version of this camera (without the two dials flanking the lens); carried, loved and used it for years, then foolishly sold it to get funds for other photo equipment. Of all the cameras I have used/owned in past years, this is one of the favorites.. The Rollei gave me some of the best photos I have made and I still miss it today. I hope you enjoy your little jewel as much as I enjoyed mine. ... and such a bargain for you at the price you paid! Mercer

Beautiful. That image could have been recreated between now and what? 2000 years ago?
As I understand it, maybe quite a bit more than 2,000 years ago. Best regards, Mercer
Rifle? It looks more like a shotgun.
For myself, and I suspect for many of us, it's not a question of preference. It's simply a matter of budget. Mercer
Fine photos both... My favorite is the first one.

My #1 is unlevel horizons. This is an easily corrected problem. I consider it a sign of laziness to post a photo that is definatly askew.
...focus and horizon, both my fault.

In this snap, you caught me in a good mood on my mother's birthday, but don't tell anyone. My reputation is at stake. Thanks, Sly.
I really like the "Weeping Willow" photo. Bravo!
In a couple of the photos, I notice that the lens' Serial number reads the same, front to back, and back to front. In those photos I see strange colored lights. This strikes me as exceedingly strange... No doubt the lens is haunted.
