My #1 is unlevel horizons. This is an easily corrected problem. I consider it a sign of laziness to post a photo that is definatly askew.
Accidental unlevel photos suggest a lack of care by the photographer. But an unlevel photo could signify an 'unbalance.' Consider a calm scene greatly unlevel - might this suggest the photographer is saying 'life is topsy turvy."
My #1 is also images that are not level.
My #2 is over-cooked images.
And if I had to add more... it would be lack of creativity in subject-matter. By that I mean that (in my opinion) so many bird pics... (I do love the birds... watch them and feed them all the time and have photographed them myself.) So many flowers... etc. It's not quick and easy to get creative pics.

Other people'ss images do not annoy me at all. Its their image so they are free to do what ever they please or make any visual statement they desire.
I always have the option of not giving the image a serious thought and just move on.
On my images high ISO noise annoys me, but mostly its correctable. It would be nice to not have to deal with it.

Agree 100%. Too bad 90% of the posted photos that
have a horizon or verticals are off kilter.

Ugly watermarks. IMO, all a watermark does is denigrate what might otherwise be a beautiful presentation. I've never seen gallery prints or photo contest entries watermarked.
All of the above, equally.
overcooked especially when they look like chrome

Preceded with 'fantastic' or 'perfect'.
watching on tv a 'panned' series of images that are done tilted.
However, Bad images are Great learning oportunities.....When, How, and Where from would you take it. How would you process it. When can I go and do it justice?

Sometimes the horizon is purposely askew to create tension or for other reasons. More often though, it's accidental. I'm not sure if laziness is a component. Lots of folks frankly have such a small amount of attention to detail they may not even notice it. Others may not perform post processing.

I blew one on an ocean shot a couple days ago and when criticized I replied that the tide was coming in. Pretty sure no one bought that explanation.
What annoys me the most is when there are a lot of extraneous things in a photo. Recently. someone on this forum posted a photo that could have been fantastic. It was a horse pulling an Amish coach in the countryside. It was heading towards a rustic looking barn. As more of the photo loaded, it turns out that there was trash and odds and ends scattered all over the place in the lower part of the photo that ruined it.
