LOL!!!! Photography is supposed to be relaxing. I tend to shoot nature subjects that don't move. Trees, mountains, etc. I did have this subject pose for me. Very patient.

LOL! Is that what they munch on? An interesting story on that photo. I had read an article on using a lens reversed as a macro lens. I was intending to mess around with some plants in the backyard. I was using a Canon F-1 and decided to try a shot with my 50mm 1.4. I just held the lens up to the body. No reversal ring. Since there was no aperture control I locked in the aperture at f/8 with the lever on the back of the lens. From there it was pure luck. No way to focus except moving back and forth and guessing at the shutter speed. The dragonfly just happened to be there. The shot was taken on Kodachrome so not much latitude as far as exposure. I got the one shot. Just pure luck.
