Assuming that you can get perfect exposure, aperture, and shutter speed using Manual setting on camera, are any of the numerous added adjustments available on the camera carried over in raw files. Or, is it necessary to make all additional adjustment in PP? Just wondering whether there is a need to set all adjustments in camera if working with raw files.
Is is possible to add a pan and zoom feature to slideshows within Lightroom4?
will do...thanks for the advice
Had to make some PP adjustment to handle exposure range. All thoughts and comments are welcome.

Just received a new 35mm 1.8 lens for my Nikon d7000. I would appreciate any advice on how to make the best use of this lens (conditions, types of shots, etc.)
Here's i version of Lightroom fix I mentioned
Use post processing in Lightroom by darkening Highlights and lightening Shadows...then correct from there
Recently got a Nikon d7000 with 18-200 lens. In addition to this lens, I would like more flexibility to shoot with a lower f/2.8 aperture (18-200 lens has f/3.5) to get better DOF control. Any suggestions on what type, model, feature, prime lens would best complement the 18-200? Cost is a consideration.
Thanks
Some may laugh here, but I found the book "Nikon D7000 for Dummies" very helpful and easy to follow.
I liked the contrast between the rusty cooker and the natural beauty surrounding it.

Just got my d7000 with 18-200 lens; not new to photography, but new to DSLR. I'll likely have lots of questions. Having fun so far with just the basics of this amazing camera.
