I only replaced E,R,T,S,D,F,G and C. At $4.95 each. That is the site I used, only took 4 days to get here.
My wife types a lot more then I do, funny thing tho only on left side of keyboard had worn keys.

If anyone is interested key caps are not hard to replace. This is my wife's 5 year old MacBook, I replaced 8 caps. Only took about 30 minutes. Before and After pictures.
