Under normal circumstances, the family of the man will sue the shooter for killing their relative, regardless of the outcome or the reason for the shooting. Hopefully, Oklahoma has established laws to protect shooters who are in the right. Meanwhile, attorneys defending such shooters will charge around $50,000 per bullet fired to get them out of being sued. Just a thought.

The terrorist was not killed, but wounded. Oklahoma self-defense law Title 21, section1289.25, f states "A person who uses force, as permitted pursuant to the provisions of subsections B and D of this section, is justified in using such force and is immune from criminal prosecution and civil action for the use of such force. As used in this subsection, the term "criminal prosecution" includes charging or prosecuting the defendant."
