How much oil does Australia produce? The price disparity probably has to do with the large amounts of domestic oil we produce, but I'm no expert.

Not sure of the percentage but I think it's quite substantial...parity pricing isn't effected by how much you produce as far as I know...like other commodities, world prices are set, e.g; gold diamonds, etc...I'm no expert either but I believe this is how it's "supposed" to work...
