A repeat question but a good one. I use R&R PHOTO and have worked with them for over 30 years. I was a professional printer at another lab and when we went out of business, death of the owner, I went to the best I could find. I have my monitor calibrated to produce the same color that I get back from the lab. I have sent files to family and friends and seen the results that they get from the firms that print them, not good at all. You will need to find a lab that you can work with on a regular basis. I do most of my work printed on canvas but also on an art paper. There metal prints pop but that's not my style. Once you find a good lab, stick with them.

Check out the ViewSonic line I've been using them for some years now. At this time I have a VX2770Smh 27 inch that is hands down the best led monitor I have ever had. Has whats called super clear IPS color is great and you have to look at it almost edge on from the side before the colors start to fade. Unfortunately it does not swivel.

Also recommend you get a Spyder4 buy Datacolor. It helps you adjust settings for best monitor out put. I have dual 27 inch monitors an older veiwsonic and the one shown and the spider synced both together so close there is barely any difference between them.
